We are awaiting news and instruction regarding the reopening of holiday accommodation in Cornwall, but it is worth pointing out that Hideaway is only accessed by the owner, for cleaning and turnover, and offers self contained living, with a microwave, fridge, Netflix and a fully fitted shower room.

The front door is not used by anyone else. Some soft furnishings and tea/coffee supplies will be removed, following Gov advice, as well as conducting a deep clean between guests. The apartment is a minimal but comfy space, offering a getaway rather than plush extravagance.
Hideaway is ideally suited to a single or couples, looking to explore the coastline and seek the quieter side of Looe. There are takeaway food options beginning to reopen around town, from donut stalls to Fish & Chips, with queuing systems and pre-ordering for pick up.
The local supermarkets are open, and have coped very well during the last few months, but it is wise to expect some limitations, when and if Cornwall becomes a viable holiday destination.
Obviously, we know as much as anyone else about whether 2020 will see any holiday season at all, so we will keep you updated. It is our hope we get to share some of the open wild spaces with others, at safe distances, and begin to learn how holidaying in Cornwall will change, and work!, in the coming months.
We have changed our booking to a minimum three nights, as rapid turnovers are not possible, with the deep clean, and we would suggest a longer stay.
For now there are indications that you can book to stay from the 4th of a July, with an automatic cancellation if you are unable to travel or there are further Covid complications. 🛏 🌊 ☀️
