Saxton: Up for sale!

-- After several months of mystery, the fate of Saxton’s ‘Harbour Cottage’, (home to ghost-hunter Nigel Danvers in The Lost Crown) has been revealed. Studio Cottage, Polperro, is up for sale. For anyone that may be interested in viewing the place, I’ll mention that the interior of the cottage bears no resemblance to the fictional ‘Harbour Cottage’, (which is probably a very good thing!). Instead, it’s actually a rather tiny holiday cottage, with frilly florals and orange pine furniture; so it really couldn’t be more different to the dank, dark and rather miserable cottage, experienced by Nigel, during his adventures. A new year! Brand, spanking new. Hurrah! With a New Year comes a few updates, changes and announcements. So, without further ado, here's the news, from me and Darkling Room. Incubus will manifest in the New Year, after a trip to investigate the Pontefract Poltergeist!

My next game Incubus* will be on hold, until the New Year. In a crazy twist, the house that inspired the game (alongside Enfield Poltergeist) is our next work gig. The idea of using 360 captures in real locations and adding realistic phenomena kind of generated a lot of interest in certain circles, which both me and Shadow Tor are pleased about. I won’t lie, it’s a really nifty idea. We have been doing it for a big Ghost TV team too, so it’s all kind of snowballing. Interest in the paranormal is up, globally. So, a likely freezing 24 hours will be spent at the home of the Pontefract Poltergeist, the dreaded 30 East Drive, known also for the ‘Black Monk of Pontefract’.
